Blast Reported at Minnesota Islamic Center

   WASHINGTON --

   An explosion has been reported at an Islamic Center in the Midwestern
   state of Minnesota.

   The explosion happened early Saturday around the time of dawn prayers
   at the center in the city of Bloomington. No casualties have been
   reported.
   Police say they are investigating the incident with the FBI and the
   United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

   The Islamic center is managed by Somali Americans.
