Police Investigate Suspicious Vehicle Near US Capitol

   Police in Washington are investigating reports of a vehicle containing
   a possible explosive device parked a few blocks from the U.S. Capitol.

   Few details were immediately available. Police and security personnel
   have sealed off streets near the vehicle, about one city block from
   VOA's Washington headquarters.
