                      6.7 Earthquake Hits Ecuador's Coast

   An earthquake of 6.7 magnitude hit the coast of Ecuador early
   Wednesday, just one month after a devastating earthquake hit the same
   zone.

   No damage has been reported and there is no risk of a tsunami,
   according to a tweet by president Rafael Correa. The Pacific Tsunami
   Warning Center also asserted that there was no risk.

   Power outages have been noted, however, and many people ran into the
   streets upon feeling the tremors in Muisne, the town near the epicenter
   of the quake, according to witnesses.

   ''The 7.8 quake in April, the worst in nearly seven decades, left over
   650 dead and injured at least 12,500 people along the country's Pacific
   coast.
