Kidnapped Chibok Girl Found Alive by VOA News A Chibok girl kidnapped in Nigeria by Islamist militant group Boko Haram has been found alive, according to a community leader. She is one of the 219 girls abducted more than two years ago. Tsambido Hosea Abana, a Chibok community leader in Abuja from the Bring Back Our Girls group, tweeted that the girl was found by civilian vigilantes in the Sambisa Forest area of Borno State on Tuesday. A relative said the girl is pregnant. Boko Haram grabbed the schoolgirls from their dormitory in the northeastern Nigerian town of Chibok and herded them away into the night. In April, Nigeria's Brigadier General Rabe Abubakar, director of Defense Information, told VOA that the country's military would not be deterred in efforts to rescue all civilians, including the kidnapped Chibok School girls, who were abducted by Islamist militant group. __________________________________________________________________ [1]http://www.voanews.com/content/chibok-girl-kidnapped-by-boko-haram-f ound-alive/3335341.html References 1. http://www.voanews.com/content/chibok-girl-kidnapped-by-boko-haram-found-alive/3335341.html
