          Obama Hails Release of US Prisoners, Iran Nuke Developments

   In a rare Sunday statement, President Barack Obama hailed Iran's
   release of American prisoners and defended diplomacy with Tehran,
   including last year's nuclear accord that reached a critical milestone
   Saturday. VOA's Michael Bowman reports, the president spoke from the
   White House shortly after the US imposed new sanctions on Iran for
   ballistic missile tests.
