                     UN Prepares New North Korea Sanctions

   The United Nations Security Council strongly condemned North Korea's
   announced nuclear test Wednesday, saying it would begin work
   immediately to take what it called 'further significant measures' to
   bring the rogue nation in line with its international obligations. From
