            Kerry Urges Saudi, Iranian Counterparts to Exercise Calm

   The U.S. has launched a cautious diplomatic effort to deal with the
   rift in relations and war of words between Saudi Arabia and Iran that
   resulted from the Saudi execution of a leading Shi'ite cleric, Sheikh
   Namr al-Nimr. U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has been reaching out
   to officials in both countries to urge calm in the dispute, which could
   threaten other U.S. interests in the region. VOA State Department
   correspondent Pam Dockins reports.
