                     Russian Warplanes Hit Targets in Syria

   Russia is now conducting air strikes in Syria, hitting targets
   Wednesday in the cities of Homs and Hama, military officials say.
   Russia says it is fighting Islamic State, but the Pentagon and Syrian
   human rights groups say it's not clear if that's actually the case. VOA
   Pentagon correspondent Carla Babb has more.
