                   US Mulls Russian Proposal for Syria Talks

   There are 'serious questions' about Russia's intentions concerning its
   expanded military presence in Syria, said U.S. Secretary of State John
   Kerry. Kerry raised the issue with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei
   Lavrov in a series of recent phone calls. VOA State Department
   correspondent Pam Dockins has the story.
