           Russia's Retaliation Against Turkey Likely to Be Economic

   Russia has vowed severe consequences after Turkey shot down a Russian
   warplane for allegedly violating its border with Syria. At least one
   pilot was killed. Russian officials say a search-and-rescue helicopter
   sent to the crash site was also shot down, and one marine contractor
   died. VOA's Daniel Schearf reports.
