     Will Paris Attacks Act as Game-Changer in War Against 'Islamic State'?

   Islamic State militants have vowed to hit the United States, after
   expanding their regional battle beyond Syria and Iraq into the greater
   Middle East and the heart of Europe. But while countries beef up their
   security, and the rhetoric and airstrikes against IS heat up, President
   Barack Obama and analysts say it is unlikely that the global strategy
   against the extremists will dramatically change.
