                APEC Summit to Focus on TPP, Not South China Sea

   The U.S. - China rivalry will be front and center at the upcoming
   Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit known as APEC, even though
   tensions in the South China Sea may not be on the agenda. As VOA's
   Brian Padden reports from Seoul much of the focus of this economic
   summit will be on the U.S.-led Trans Pacific Partnership.
