          EU Begins Relocation Of Refugees Amid East Europe Opposition

   Europe has begun relocating the first refugees from Greece to other EU
   states under its plan to tackle the migrant crisis. Brussels wants
   hundreds of thousands of refugees to be resettled ' but there is strong
   opposition from some members, as Henry Ridgwell reports from London.
