      Islamic State's Brutal Tactics in Afghanistan Make Taliban Look Tame

   Militants claiming to belong to the so-called Islamic State group have
   recently wrested control from the Taliban in certain areas of eastern
   Afghanistan. Locals say the brutality shown by this new bunch is
   unprecedented. VOA's Ayesha Tanzeem traveled to Nangarhar Province to
   talk to some of the victims.
