                       IS Claims Suicide Bombing in Libya

   Islamic State insurgents claimed a suicide bombing Sunday in Libya that
   killed five members of Fajr Libya, or Libya Dawn, in the northwestern
   city of Misrata, reaffirming the militants' presence in the politically
