                  Some Policing Aims to Arrest Causes of Crime

   In Baltimore, Maryland, some are looking for ways to improve relations
   between police and the community. Last month, demonstrations and
   rioting erupted in pockets of the city when a black man died after
   being fatally injured in police custody. VOA's Chris Simkins reports.
