                       Dozens Killed as Quake Rocks Nepal

   A strong earthquake struck Nepal early Tuesday afternoon, killing at
   least 24 people, triggering landslides and toppling buildings in a
   country still dealing with a devastating quake that hit less than three
   weeks ago.
