                   Northeast Exodus Complicates Nigeria Vote

   Nigerians are set to vote in high-stakes elections on March 28. But
   hundreds of thousands of Nigerians who fled the northeast because of
   Boko Haram are not sure if they can travel home to cast their ballots.
