                   Kerry Addresses Iran Nukes as Talks Resume

   U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry says the obstacles to a nuclear deal
   with Iran are more political than technical. Kerry spoke before heading
   to Switzerland to continue international negotiations over Iran's
