Parma Food Producers Worry About Impact of Imitations by Zlatica Hoke The Emilia-Romagna region of northern Italy is famous for its good food, most notably the Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and Prosciutto di Parma ham, which have earned the European Union appellation of origin status.
