             Government Panel says Consider the Environment in Diet

   Americans are not eating as much meat as they used to. Price is
   certainly a major factor, but consumers also cite other reasons like
   health and ethics. Now, as VOA's Rosanne Skirble reports, an advisory
   panel to the United States Department of Agriculture is recommending
   for the first time that Americans consider the environment when making
   healthy food choices.
