    Defense Concedes Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Carried Out Boston Marathon Bombings

   The trial of accused Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev got
   underway at the federal courthouse in Boston Wednesday. The opening
   comments included a surprise move from the defense. VOAs Carolyn
