        Iraq Welcomes US Assistance in Fighting Islamic State Militants

   Iraq has welcomed the Obama administration's decision to send
   additional troops to assist and advise Iraqi forces in the fight
   against Islamic State militants. The speaker of the Iraqi parliament,
   however, has also called for more international assistance in the
   effort. Zlatica Hoke reports the U.S. decision has coincided with the
   first anniversary of the Islamic State group's capture of Iraq's
   northern city of Mosul.
