                     Obama Legacy Still a Work in Progress

   President Obama this week completed a historic trip to Africa. Kenya,
   the birthplace of his father, was an especially significant stop for
   Obama, who is dedicating the remaining year and a half of his
   presidency to establishing a legacy that observers say is still too
   premature to define. VOA White House correspondent Luis Ramirez
   reports.
