              Russia-Backed Rebels Blamed for Deadly Rocket Attack

   Rockets have rained down on Kramatorsk, Ukraine's military headquarters
   for fighting pro-Russia rebels in the east, killing at least 12 people
   and wounding more than 60, mainly civilians. VOA's Daniel Schearf
