          European, US Leaders in Diplomatic Push for Peace in Ukraine

   French President François Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel
   went to the Ukrainian capital with a cease-fire proposal to end the
   violence in eastern Ukraine. Also in Kyiv, U.S. Secretary of State John
   Kerry called for an 'immediate commitment' to a cease-fire. VOA
   Pentagon correspondent Carla Babb has more from NATO headquarters.
