             Economist Calls Obama Budget Commendable, Unrealistic

   An independent economic think tank says President Barack Obama's
   proposed federal budget comes with good intentions but does too little
   to cut the nation's rising debt. Aside from the budget's somewhat
   optimistic assumptions, the Committee for Economic Research says the
   president's proposals are sound, but they face tough prospects in
   Congress. VOA's Mil Arcega reports.
