             US Congress Ends 2015 with Rare Sow of Bipartisanship

   Washington is ending the year free of the fiscal drama that so often
   has plagued the city. VOA's Michael Bowman reports, Congress has
   adjourned until January having funded the U.S. government through next
   September and, in a rare turn of events, with Democrats and Republicans
   singing each other's praises.
