                   Unrest Grows Between Israel, Palestinians

   Tensions between Israel and the Palestinians have risen over Israeli
   plans to build a security wall near a Palestinian town and the
   detention of a hunger-striking Palestinian lawyer. Mohammed Allan
   became unconscious after two months of refusing food to protest his
   detention without charge in Israel. Zlatica Hoke reports recent attacks
   on Israeli border guards are another evidence of a growing unrest.
