                   Stevie Wonder Plays Free Surprise Concerts

   Popular U.S. musician Stevie Wonder has offered his fans a rare treat
   this summer, appearing in free open-air concerts in several large
   cities on the East Coast. Zlatica Hoke reports the pop-up concerts in
   Washington, Philadelphia and New York were organized on the spur of the
   moment.
