                        Second, Smaller Blast in Bangkok

   Bangkok was hit by a second, smaller blast a day after a powerful bomb
   tore through a popular shrine. The initial explosion killed more than
   20 people, including foreign visitors, and wounded about 120 others.
   VOA Correspondent Steve Herman reports from Bangkok.
