                             Wanted: Ugandan Chefs

   As the middle class and tourism industry grow in Uganda, so too do the
   number of restaurants and high-end hotels. However the owners of these
   establishments have often had to recruit executive chefs from
   neighboring countries like Kenya and Tanzania, because there has been a
   shortage of well-trained kitchen personnel in Uganda. Slowly but surly,
   this is changing. Serginho Roosblad has more on the story from Kampala
