             President Obama Pledges Baltics Support Against Russia

   President Barack Obama has arrived in Britain for a NATO summit that
   will focus on Ukraine. The U.S. president spent Wednesday in Estonia
   where he offered reassurances to Baltic States against possible Russian
   aggression. White House correspondent Luis Ramirez is traveling with
   the president and has this report.
