             Terrorist Video Claims Beheading of 2nd US Journalist

   The Islamic State extremist group has released a video showing the
   beheading of a second American journalist, Steven Sotloff. The U.S.
   government has confirmed the authenticity of the video, which was
   posted on the Internet. In it, the Islamic State again blamed President
   Barack Obama and the U.S. bombing of Iraq for the execution. VOA's
