            'Fishing Without Nets' a Dramatic Tale of Somali Piracy

   A decent man who needs money is talked against his better judgment into
   participating in a crime. It's a familiar premise for Hollywood
   filmmakers. But in a new film from a first-time director, the man is a
   poor Somali fisherman -- and the crime is piracy. VOA's Carolyn Weaver
