               Hong Kong Televised Talks Unlikely to End Protests

   Thousands of pro democracy protesters gathered Tuesday in the streets
   of Hong Kong to watch the meeting between government officials and
   pro-democracy activists that was broadcast live on television. VOA's
   Brian Padden was with the crowds of demonstrators who have shut down
   key sections of the city for nearly a month.
