                   Report: Koreas Exchange Fire Across Border

   South Korea's Yonhap news agency is reporting an exchange of gunfire
   across the countries land border after "balloons carrying
   anti-Pyongyang leaflets floated by South Korean civic activists."

   According to reports by Reuters, Seoul military officials say their
   troops responded in self-defense to gunfire from the North side of the
   border.

   No further details are available.
