         US Health Officials Step Up Efforts to Prevent Ebola Outbreak

   Liberian national Thomas Duncan, the first reported Ebola patient in
   the U.S., is in critical condition at a Dallas, Texas, hospital. This
   as U.S. health officials continue to expand facilities across the
   nation capable of testing for Ebola. VOA's Chris Simkins has more.
