          Ferguson Commission to Address Racial Inequality in Missouri

   The governor of the central U.S. state of Missouri has named members of
   an independent commission that will help chart a path to reconciliation
   between the white and African-American communities, following the
   killing of a black teenager by a white policeman in the town of
