               Egypt's Sissi Crushes at Polls, Turnout Questioned

   Egyptian officials say preliminary results give former Egyptian army
   chief Abdel Fattah el-Sissi a sweeping victory in his presidential bid
   against Hamdeen Sabahi. But as VOA's Elizabeth Arrott reports from
