        CN-Thai Army Chief Declares Himself PM As Former Leaders Submit

   A day after launching a coup, Thailand's military summoned key
   politicians to army offices, including the previous caretaker prime
   minister and former prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra. The army chief,
   General Prayuth Chan-ocha, meanwhile declared himself the acting prime
   minister. VOA Correspondent Steve Herman reports from Bangkok
