China Captures Remaining Suspects in Train Station Attack China says it has captured the final three suspects in the stabbing rampage at a train station that killed 29 people and injured 143 others. Citing the Ministry for Public Security Monday, the official Xinhua news agency says the suspects carried out the attack are part of a "terrorist gang" led by Abdurehim Kurban. The report provided no further details about the suspects. But China has said the attack was carried out by knife-wielding "terrorists" from the restive, predominantly-Muslim region of Xinjiang. Police say they fatally shot four and detained one of the attackers at the scene of the attack. Pictures from the scene showed bloody bodies scattered across the floor. Witnesses say the attackers, dressed in black clothing, simply ran into the station and started stabbing people. No one has claimed responsibility and the motive is unknown. The attack came as Chinese delegates gathered in Beijing for the annual meeting of the National People`s Congress, the largely rubber-stamp parliament. __________________________________________________________________ [1]http://www.voanews.com/content/china-captures-remaining-suspects-in- train-station-attack/1862890.html References 1. http://www.voanews.com/content/china-captures-remaining-suspects-in-train-station-attack/1862890.html
