       Obama Aims to Rebuild Nation's Transportation Systems, Create Jobs

   U.S. President Barack Obama is calling on Congress to help him create
   jobs and rebuild the nation`s infrastructure.
   In his weekly address Saturday, Mr. Obama points to the start of two
   new high-tech manufacturing hubs and a competition to rebuild the
   nation`s roads, bridges, mass transit, ports and railroads.
   The president says a bill now before Congress would create a network of
   the manufacturing hubs all across the country.
   Mr. Obama also says he will send Congress a budget next week that
   includes the rebuilding of the country`s transportation systems, which
   can lead to millions of jobs.
   In the Republican address, Representative Ann Wagner (of the central
   state of Missouri) want the president to explain government reports
   that up to 11 million workers will pay higher insurance premiums
   because of the new health care law, commonly known as Obamacare.
