                In Pakistan, Afghan Refugees Reluctant to Return

   The governments of Afghanistan and Pakistan, together with the help of
   the United Nations, have recently stepped up efforts to repatriate tens
   of thousands of Afghan refugees in Pakistan. But political
   uncertainties about Afghanistan's presidential elections have fueled
   long-term security and economic worries among the displaced, and many
   of them are now increasingly reluctant to return home. Ayaz Gul reports
   from Islamabad.
