               Native Americans Gain Small Victory Over NFL Team

   A federal agency has handed a partial victory to a determined group of
   Native Americans that has been trying to get an American football team
   to change its name. They say the name, the Washington Redskins, is
   offensive. VOA's Jessica Berman reports on what happens now.
