              Rainy Day is Not Enough to Slow the World Cup Party

   It's a gray, rainy day in Rio, and the beaches and streets are empty,
   despite the World Cup. But hardcore fans are still out watching the
   matches and celebrating victories. Even the weather can't stop this
   soccer party. VOA's Brian Allen has more.
