          In Rural Afghaninstan, Peace and Jobs, Not Politics, Matter

   The majority of Afghans live in rural villages scattered around the
   country, away from the centers of power in Kabul and other major
   cities. As VOA's Sharon Behn reports, for many of them, it doesn't
   matter who wins Saturday's presidential election.
