                Guinea in Mourning After Deadly Concert Stampede

   The president of Guinea has declared a week of mourning after a deadly
   stampede during a concert in the country's capital.

   The French news agency AFP said the stampede Tuesday in Conakry's
   Ratoma neighborhood left 24 people dead.

   A statement from the presidency called the incident a "tragic drama,"
   but did not give a death toll.
