                   Karzai Leaving Mixed Legacy in Afghanistan

   Afghan President Hamid Karzai has led his nation for more than 12 years
   and will soon step down in what is expected to be a peaceful handover
   of power. While he leaves office with a list of achievements, analysts
   say his legacy is very mixed. VOA correspondent Meredith Buel has more.
