     Israel Offensive Continues Amid Calls by Protesters Worldwide to Stop

   Israel's military action in Gaza has led to protests in many countries,
   where demonstrators have expressed outrage over the civilian casualties
   and called for an end to the Israeli offensive. The protests are a sign
   of mounting pressure against Israel despite its position that the
   military action is necessary to stop Hamas' cross-border rocket
